In this eBriefing, Dr. David Snow examines two critical settings or domains the workplace and family. The aim of this NREP Model Program is to teach employees how to cope more effectively with stressors at work and at home. The ultimate objective is to reduce substance abuse and psychological symptoms. Dr. Snow is Professor of Psychology in Psychiatry, Child Study Center, and Epidemiology and Public Health. He is also the Director of The Consultation Center and the Division of Prevention and Community Research in the Department of Psychiatry, Yale University School of Medicine.
