Heather Healy's presentation reviews the outcomes of disaster studies liturature, discusses the vulnerability of specific occupations and describes the experience of flight attendants post 9/11.

Ms. Healy is the Director of the Employee Assistance Program for the Association of Flight Attendants headquartered in Washington, D.C. She is a clinical social worker and supervisor, a chemical dependency counselor and an employee assistance professional with over 20 years of experience designing and delivering EAP services to a broad range of organizations.
