||
| Sandra C. Lapham, M.D., M.P.H., is the Project Director and Senior Research Scientist for a CSAP-funded Workplace Managed Care study at the Behavioral Health Research Center Southwest in Albuquerque. This presentation offers concerns expressed by employees who volunteered to participate in focus groups conducted as part of the study. The employees are medical care providers and clinic staff; the concerns are about co-workers with substance abuse problems and the effectiveness of random drug testing as a preventive measure. | |||
